Refund policy

At Redhead Revolution, we want every customer to feel confident, supported, and excited about their purchase. Because cosmetics are personal use products, we balance customer care with product safety and hygiene standards.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To begin a return, exchange, or cancellation request, please log into your account and open your order, or contact us at rrteam@redheadrevolution.us.

Shipping charges are non refundable unless required by law.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging where applicable.

Opened or Tested Makeup Products

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, opened, used, or tested cosmetic products are generally not eligible for return.

We understand that selecting the right shade online can sometimes be difficult. If you purchased a product and the shade was not the best match, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

  • Store credit

  • A replacement shade at a discounted rate

  • A one time courtesy shade replacement

  • Personalized shade matching guidance for a future purchase

Replacement products are subject to stock availability.

Shade Assistance Guidelines

To help us review shade related requests fairly:

  • Courtesy shade replacements are limited to one per customer per product category

  • Customers may be asked to provide photographs for verification

  • Limited edition, discontinued, clearance, and final sale products are not eligible

  • We reserve the right to deny requests that appear excessive, abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with this policy

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time.

If you purchased an incorrect shade or product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will work with you to determine the best solution based on your situation.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To assist with carrier claims and quality investigations, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item from multiple angles

  • Photographs of the external packaging

  • Photographs of any internal packaging materials

  • A brief description of the issue

Failure to provide required documentation may limit our ability to process certain shipping related claims.

Gift Orders

If a purchased item was received as a gift and the shade was not the right fit, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will do our best to provide shade assistance options where possible.

Gift purchases are subject to the same eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.

Amazon Orders

Orders placed through Amazon are subject to Amazon's return and refund policies.

For assistance with products purchased through Amazon, please contact Amazon Customer Service directly.

Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Limited edition products marked as non returnable

  • Products designated as non returnable at the time of purchase

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method whenever possible.

Most refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days after approval, although processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

UK & EU Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you are located in the United Kingdom or European Union and purchase products online from Redhead Revolution, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the final item in your order.

To exercise your right to cancel, please submit your request through your account or order page, or contact us at rrteam@redheadrevolution.us and clearly state your decision to cancel the order.

Once you notify us of your cancellation, you must return the products within 14 days.

Hygiene and Safety Exception

For health protection and hygiene reasons, certain cosmetic products cannot be returned once they have been opened, unsealed, or used.

This exception applies only to products that were sealed at the time of delivery and are not suitable for return after opening due to health protection or hygiene considerations.

Under applicable UK and EU consumer regulations, the statutory right to cancel does not apply to sealed cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery where the goods are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.

Products returned under the statutory cancellation right must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition unless they are faulty, damaged, defective, or not as described.

Refunds for UK & EU Cancellations

We will issue your refund no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods, or after receiving evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method whenever possible.

Where required by law, refunds will include the purchase price and standard delivery charges. Additional charges for expedited or premium shipping services are not refundable unless required by law.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights relating to faulty, damaged, defective, unsafe, or incorrectly supplied products.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us and we will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, refund, or other remedy as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
