We want you to absolutely love everything you receive from Redhead Revolution. But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to make it easy.

🗓 30-Day Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. No pressure—just a straightforward way to make sure you’re happy with your order.

🔄 Exchanges Made Simple

• Not the right shade? Need a different product? No problem.

• We offer one free exchange per item within the 30-day window.

• You do not need to return the original product—we’ll send out the replacement at no additional cost.

💸 Prefer a Refund?

That works, too. We’ll process your refund once your request is submitted.

• For smaller orders (1–2 items), no return is required.

• For larger orders (3 or more products), we may ask that you return the items before we issue a refund.

🚫 A Few Exceptions

• RedheadGEAR is not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• International orders: We’re currently unable to offer exchanges, but we’re happy to process a refund.
